Bonjour a toutes et  tous ,?

Cette nouvelle mise a jour (certes facultative) refuse de s'installer. Quelqu'un aurait une petite idée sur ce souci ?

Le téléchargement se passe bien, ensuite le redémarrage se fait correctement et a la fin du pourcentage d'avancement message : annulation des modifications impossible d'installer la mise a jour

Je n'ai aucun souci avec e portable et j'en suis très satisfait depuis que je l'ai. Ce jour il me demande de faire une mise a jour référencée ci dessous mais elle refuse de s'intalleée

Nous n’avons pas pu installer cette mise a jour, mais vous pouvez réessayer (0x800f0922)(2021-02 Aperçu de la mise à jour cumulative pour Windows 10 Version 20H2 pour les systèmes x64 (KB4601382)

Ce message d'erreur peut provenir de partout, les plus fréquentes sont:

Programmes malveillant sur ta machine, pour éviter cela passe un coup ton antivirus et si tu as une suspicion, tu poste une demande d'aide dans le forum désinfection PC

Procède à bon nettoyage des fichiers temporaires de ta machine, inutile de télécharger des logiciels spécifiques pour le faire, Windows sais le faire

Mets à jours tous tes pilotes

Tu peux restaurer ton ordinateur à une date ultérieur si tu as eu une modification du système

Exécuter la vérification des systèmes de fichier de Windows avec la commande "sfc /scannow"

Commence déjà à faire ça et on avisera au cas ou

J'ai procéder aux différentes étapes que tu m'a transmis. Rien ne change cette mise a jour ne veut pas s’installée.

Je vais pas trop m'en inquiéter pour l'instant vu que cette Maj est facultative.

Est-ce que tu as essayé de ré-initialiser “Windows Update” ?

Si non, utilises le code ci-dessous pour créer un fichier .bat en le copiant/collant dans le Bloc-notes, et tu l'enregistres sur le Bureau, en le nommant Windows Update Reset.bat, très important le .bat.

Et tu sélectionnes “Tous les fichiers (*.*)”, et tu cliques sur “Enregistrer”.

Tu dois l'exécuter depuis une session Administrateur, et “En tant qu'Administrateur”.

Si tu as une invitation du UAC, tu l'acceptes.

Une fois le fichier exécuté, tu seras invité à sauvegarder tes travaux, ainsi que de fermer tes programmes, et l'ordinateur va redémarrer une fois que tu auras pressé une touche.
