Alors déjà bonjours ! Je vien içi pour voir si une personne pourrais m'aider ! 
 

J'ai déjà reinstaller plusieurs fois windows, tentez les commande de type sfc scannow et tout, driver tous mis a jours etc ...

Cause probable du disfonctionnement: le pilote ndis.sys

Description : ndis.sys est important pour Windows. Ndis.sys est dans le répertoire C:\Windows\System32\drivers. Les tailles de fichiers connues sous Windows 10/8/7/XP sont 182,656 octets (occurence de 75%) ou 950,128 octets. https://www.fichier.net/processus/ndis.sys.html
Le driver peut être activé ou désactivé dans les Services du Panneau de configuration ou d'autres programmes. Fichier système de Windows. C'est un fichier signé Microsoft. Le processus a une fenêtre invisible. Le service n'a pas de description détaillée. ndis.sys s'apparente à un fichier compressé. La note de sécurité technique attribuée équivaut à 0% de dangerosité.

Important: Certains malwares se dissimulent en tant que ndis.sys. Pensez à vérifier le processus ndis.sys sur votre PC s'il cause des problèmes.

Et donc tu proposes quoi ? C est bien beau de faire un copier coller mais sans rien proposer comme solution ce n est intéressant pour personne.
